It has been pointed out to me by two avid
readers, that neither Jean Paul II nor Mother Teresa are in fact saints
yet. Jean Paul should make it this
October or next April according to different sources, but as yet, Mother Teresa
has a way to go. Whilst she has been
beatified, for her to be up for canonisation, a second miracle still has been
attributed to her intervention. So
there remains the question, what is a statue of her doing in the church in
Belleville, if she isn’t actually a saint?
